We are absolutely thrilled and incredibly proud to announce that Hannah has been named the East Midlands regional winner of the Pride of Britain Award!
Hannah will now be attending the main Pride of Britain Awards ceremony in late October, where she will find out where she has placed in the Fundraiser of the Year category.
We held an open house at The Hollybrook Pub so everyone could come together and watch the regional winner announcement. Of course, there was a little secret we already knew… Hannah had actually been presented with her award 2 days earlier during a meeting at the marina!
In true Hannah style, she pulled the award out and placed it on the table in front of her, much to everyone’s surprise!
Everyone who came along to show their support for Hannah and Hannah’s Hope absolutely roared and clapped when the announcement was made. It was such a special moment, and one we will never forget.
